Nominations are now open for the Annual King Island Customer Excellence Award, and we are inviting the community to help us recognise the individuals and businesses who truly go above and beyond.
This award celebrates outstanding customer service and the positive impact it has on our island. Whether it’s a friendly welcome, exceptional problem-solving, or consistently delivering service with care and professionalism, great customer experiences help strengthen King Island’s reputation and community spirit.
On King Island, customer service is personal. We are greeted by name in local stores. Business owners and staff take the time to understand our needs. They support local families, employ local people, and contribute to a thriving community. This award is about acknowledging those efforts and encouraging the highest standards of service across the island.
We are looking for nominees who:
- Deliver consistently high standards of service
- Create memorable and positive customer experiences
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and care
- Contribute to the reputation and vibrancy of King Island
Recognition will be awarded in May 2027.
